“Sanford Tent Revival”
Sanford, MI
7/18/20 – 7/19/20
“And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.” Matthew 10:7-8
Within a few weeks of hosting our first ever Tent Revival, our second one was right behind it. We learned so much from our first event and planned to put into practice what it is we learned and continue to build on what it is the Lord wanted us to do. We partnered with brothers and sisters in Christ and planned the Revival to take place on their business property on a main highway in between the cities of Midland and Sanford,

Tent Setup
Blue tarp so the tent doesn’t get dirty.
14 foot center poles peak the tent sky high!
Lining up the poles so the tent is even.
We thank God for connecting us with our buddy Timmy. Timmy has been working with All-Events Tents. (The Company that donated the Tent and equipment to us) He’s been there for the past decade and is skilled at putting up tents! Timmy is also my next door neighbor and over the past couple of years has been a great friend when in need. It comes naturally for him to help out, it’s his God given attribute for loving and serving his fellow man.
Outreach Evangelism

During this Tent Revival, we had many believers step out for the first time for street evangelism. It is a key trademark of our ministry to equip the body of Christ to be doers of the Word. We pair up those who are uncomfortable with those who are more secure and we go out into public settings. We went out to “The Tridge”, which is a park in downtown Midland. There were many Divine Appointments, some of which have made long-lasting impressions and relationships all the way into 2022.
Meet Julia and Deena
During the street outreach at The Tridge, we were brought to a young lady, Julia. We were walking by and she was at a table with the her friend. After introducing ourselves, we asked if there was anything we could pray for them about. Julia told us later, that the same day we ran into her, she was contemplating suicide. Being able to pray and be there for her changed the course of her life forever. Since that day in 2020, she’s been serving along side of us at Tent Revivals! Next to Julia in the picture is Deena. While doing street evangelism outreach in Mayville, another Divine Appointment – the Lord led us to Deena. She came back to the Tent Revival, experienced a new level of freedom and has been also coming with us on a few events since. This is just some of the fruit taken place from stepping out and shining our lights!

Preach the Gospel
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14
Water Baptism
An amazing testimony took place this weekend. I have been talking with a brother in Christ over the telephone for a few weeks prior, ministering and sharing our hearts together. He wasn’t sure if he was going to come to the Tent Revival or not. Then he decided he was going to come from Cadillac (about 2 hours away), but couldn’t find a babysitter for his children. He ended up bringing his son and daughter along with him and now we know why… Check it the amazing story below
