“Finding the Balance – Ministry, Business, Marriage and Family“

This is an area personally for me that I am learning and growing in! In whatever sphere of influence God has called us to be, it is absolutely necessary that we learn how to find the balance between the busy-ness of our calling and spending time with our spouses and families. After all, if we can’t properly steward our lives at home, how will we be able to steward our lives outside of the home? On this episode we will be breaking down personal stories, giving tools and tips on how to “Find the Balance” while fulfilling the calling God has on our lives.

Alec is the co-owner of Offworld Ministries LLC along with his amazing wife, Angel. Together, their passion is to bring solutions and support to organizations and individuals who, through genuine relationships, are bringing love, resources and the presence of Christ to those in dire need. Alec recently spent 5 years as an urban missionary leading outreaches to the homeless and impoverished inner city communities of New York City and New Jersey. He is a proud father of 10 children with a tremendous heart for family. Back in the day, Alec co-founded a Christ-centered punk rock band to bring the Gospel to street kids when Christianity was unpopular with punk-rockers and punk rock was unpopular with Christians. Alec still enjoys plunking away on his bass guitar now and then and also likes drawing edgy cartoonish graphics, which can be seen on his T-shirts at Creaturethreads.com
